摘要
《教育部关于普通高等学校本科教学评估工作的意见》的颁布,为新一轮教学评估指明了方向,但实际操作层面还有许多问题需要探究,建设现代高等教育评估学、提高评估队伍专业化水平、推动评估立法;营造评估文化、实施分类评估、评估主体多元化、评价手段信息化、评估不分等级,不失为提高教育评估专业化、科学性的现实举措。
The promulgation of The views of the Ministry of Education on the assessment of Undergraduate Teaching pointed out the direction for a new round of teaching evaluation. However, there are many issues about the actual operational level need to be explored, such as, to build modern higher education assessment of learning, to improve the professional level of the assessment team, to promote assessment legislation; creation a culture of assessment, implementation of classification assessment, etc.
