摘要
阐述了对高等学校教师教学水平进行评估的重要性,并探讨了如何通过恰当的评估手段,建立一套完整的大学英语教师教学质量评估体系,以对大学英语教学质量进行有效监控,使大学英语教学水平不断提高。
Importance of appropriate assessment on teachers’teaching performance has been dis - cussed in this paper while more emphasis is put on how to establish a set of complete assessment system aiming at the language teachers so as to improve the general foreign language teaching level.
