不同粒径血竭粉体对ZJHX橡胶膏透皮吸收和黏附性的影响 被引量:3

Effect of dragon′s blood powder with different grain size on transdermal absorption and adhesion of ZJHX paste

摘要 目的:研究超微粉碎后不同粒径血竭粉体对ZJHX橡胶膏的经皮渗透性和黏附性的影响。方法:通过超微粉碎技术得到粒径为4,19,55μm的血竭粉体,将其与原处方中粒径为93μm的血竭粉体分别制备成橡胶膏剂A,B,C,D,采用Franz扩散池法,以血竭素为考察指标比较血竭粉体粒径大小对橡胶膏剂的经皮渗透性的差异,同时以初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度为指标,比较其对ZJHX橡胶膏黏附性的影响。结果:橡胶膏剂A,B,C,D的Qs-t方程分别为Qs=1.369 6t+3.985 5,Qs=1.262 8t+3.738 1,Qs=1.192 3t+3.320 6,Qs=1.152 2t+2.366 1;并且A的黏附性最好。结论:随着血竭粉体粒径的减小,血竭素的累积渗透量随之增加,有利于经皮渗透,并且黏附性更佳。 Objective: To study the effect of dragon's blood powder with different grain size on the transdermal permeability and adhesion of ZJHX paste. Method: Dragon's blood powder with grain sizes of 4, 19, 55 p,m were got by uhrafine grinding technology, and then prepared into rubber pastes A, B, C and D, together with dragon's blood powder with grain size of 93 μm of original description. Franz diffusion cell method was adopted to compare the difference in transdermal permeability of dragon's blood powder with different grain sizes, with dracorhodin as the index, and compared their effect on the adhesion of pastes with initial adhesion, permanent adhesion and peel strength as the indexes. Result: Qs-t equations of pastes A, B, C, D were as follows : Qs = 1.369 6t + 3. 985 5, Qs = 1.262 8t + 3. 738 1, Qs-t = 1. 192 3t + 3. 320 6, Qs = 1. 152 2t + 2. 366 1, respectively, which showed that the adhesion of A was the best good. Conclusion: With the decrease in the grain size of dragon's blood powder, accumulative penetration of draeorhodin increa- ses, which facilitates transdermal permeability and adhesion.
