摘要
虚拟社区信息治理的内容包括越轨信息行为和偏差信息行为,统称信息行为失范。当前应以社会控制、刚性管理与柔性管理、公共治理等管理理论与思想为指导,遵循法治原则、适度原则、发展原则、权责相称原则、成本效益原则,构建虚拟社区信息治理框架,包括虚拟社区舆情信息治理体系和越轨信息行为治理体系。
The content of virtual community information governance including deviant behavior and deviation behavior is collectively referred to as anomie behavior.It constructs two management systems that involves public opinion information management system and deviant information behavior management system,which is based on the management theories including social control,rigid management,soft management,public governance and good governance,and follow the principles of law,development,moderation,unity between authority and responsibility and cost-benefit,etc.
