摘要 采用大型浮筏隔振系统对船舶设备进行集中隔振是目前技术发展的趋势,这种系统隔振器数量多且结构复杂,采用有限元模型进行计算效率较低。针对大型浮筏隔振系统的设计需求,建立了系统的六自由度刚体运动模型,适用于计算任意形式隔振系统的各种静态、准静态、刚体模态和冲击响应特性计算,特别适用于大型浮筏隔振系统的方案设计,可大幅提高计算效率。 Large raft isolation system (LRIS)can be used to used improve isolation efficiency by mounting all the power installations on a common raft which is supported by isolators on the ship hull. Due to the complex structure of LRIS,the calculation work of its dynamic behavior is complicated and inefficient by using finite element method(FEM) which is usually adopted by designers. To simplify the design process, a six-degree-of-freedom rigid-body motion model is established to calculated the static, quasi-static and rigid- body mode behavior of system. The model is especially suitable to compare different design schemes and select out feasible ones efficiently at the initial design stage of LRIS.
