轴向柱塞泵静压支承滑靴油膜动特性的理论分析和实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用方向余弦矩阵系统地分析了滑靴的运动规律,推导出决定滑靴底面压力场方程,并考虑了挤压效应、动压效应、热楔效应。实测了滑靴在实际工况下油膜动特性和理论值相吻合。本文的研究方法对进一步改善滑靴设计奠定了基础。 In this paper, The motion of the slipper is systematically studied with direction cosine matrix equations that defines the pressure field of the slipper is derived. In theoretical analysis, all parameters are considered such as squeeze effects, thermal wedge effects and dynamic pressure effects. In experiment, the periodical fluctuation of oil film thickness between the slipper and the swash plata is continuously measured wich the displacement transducer in working conditions, experimental results agree well with theoretical ones. Study method in this paper are valuable to make better the characteristics of slipper.
