摘要
针对汽车悬架系统用套管的受力特点和耐久性要求,通过分析汽车悬架系统用套管的制造工艺特点,提出了套管焊缝位置优化应用方案,并通过1个实例验证了该方案的可行性。通过该优化方案的实施,能够避免突发性悬架构件失效的发生。
According to the stress features and the durability requirement of the collars, the article analyzes the manufacture process of the collars used in the vehicle suspension system and presents a practical proposal of optimizing the weld orientation of the collars. Through an example, its feasibility is testified. The aim of the study is to avoid the occurrence of abrupt invalidity of the suspension parts by putting the optimization into practice.
