摘要
使用三维造型软件Pro/E创建带式输送机传动滚筒装配体的模型,采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行静力学分析,得到传动滚筒的应力和变形的分布规律,根据分析结果提出了传动滚筒结构设计的要点,为其优化设计提供了基础。
In this paper, the 3D modeling software Pro/E was used to create the assembly model of a belt conveyor driving drum, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied to static analysis, and the stress distribution law of the driving drum was got. According to the results of analysis, the paper proposed the key points of driving drum structure design, which provided a basis for the optimization design of driving drums.
