摘要
首先利用三维CAD软件SolidWorks建立带式输送机传动滚筒的三维模型,然后将模型导入大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行有限元数值分析,获得大扭矩传动滚筒的应力、应变分布规律,从而掌握传动滚筒工作过程中的受力和变形情况,为以后传动滚筒的设计改进提供科学的理论依据。
First the three-dimension software SolidWorks was chosen as the tool to build the driving pulley of the belt conveyor.Next the model was imported into a large scale and universal software named ANSYS Workbench to do finite analysis by which,can get the stress and strain distribution of the large torque drive pulley.Based on the above results,can master the load and deformation conditions which can offer scientific theory foundation for the better design of drive pulley in the future.
