摘要
目的观察清痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效及其对人体细胞免疫系统的影响。方法将60例类风湿性关节炎患者分为三组,治疗组20例予中药汤剂清痹汤口服,两对照组各20例,分别采用正清风痛宁片或消炎痛栓治疗。三组均以6周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组疗效明显优于两对照组,其总有效率分别为95%、80%、40%,治疗组与其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后主要症状、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白、淋巴细胞亚群变化情况与两对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎具有缓解和消除临床症状快、疗效持续稳定的特点,并具有一定的抗复发作用。
Objective To observe the effects of qing bi tang on rheumatoid arthritis（RA）and the impacts on the cell immune system in human body.Methods 60 cases of RA were divided into three groups.In a treatment group（20 cases）,Chinese herbal decoction,qing bi tang was prescribed for oral administration.In two control groups（20 cases in each）,zhengqing fengtongning pian or indomethacin suppositories was prescribed.One session of treatment was 6 weeks in three groups and the continuous two sessions were required.Results The efficacy in the treatment group was better apparently than that in two control groups,the total effective rates were 95%,80% and 40% separately;in comparison of the treatment group with two control groups,the differences were significant statistically（P0.01）.In the treatment group,after treatment,the changes in the main symptoms,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,rheumatoid factors（RF）,C-reflection protein（CRP）,immune globulin（Ig）and lymphocyte subsets were all different significantly in comparison with two control groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Qing bi tang relieves the clinical symptoms of RA rapidly and is characterized as the sustainable and stable efficacy.It acts on anti-recurrence of disease to a certain extent.
