摘要
从热力学关系和用TEM分析了TiN沉淀相在热处理过程中的稳定性。结果表明 ,TiN沉淀相的稳定性与颗粒的尺寸有关 ,小颗粒的TiN稳定性差易溶解 ,大颗粒的TiN则稳定性好而进一步长大。热处理过程中TiN沉淀相的长大关系满足Kreye关系。
WT5”BZ]The stability of TiN precipitates is studied from thermodynamics relationship and by TEM at 1200℃ heat treatment in Ti micro alloying steels.The result show that the stability of TiN precipitates is related to the size of TiN particles.The small particles are dissolved because of bad stability.The large particles are grew up due to good stability.The growing relationship of TiN is satisfied with Kreye’s relation.
