不同产地和品种白肋烟烟草特有亚硝胺与前体物关系 被引量:30

The relationships between TSNAs and their precursors in different burley tobacco varieties from different regions

摘要 收集了我国4个白肋烟产区33份白肋烟晾制后上部叶样品,并以美国、马拉维样品为对照,测定了烟草特有亚硝胺(TS-NA)、生物碱和硝酸盐含量,以揭示TSNA含量与前体物之间的关系。结果表明,四川达州和云南宾川白肋烟TSNA含量水平较低,分别与美国和马拉维相当,不同产区间NNN和总TSNA含量差异较大,NNK、NAT和NAB含量差异相对较小。烟碱转化导致降烟碱含量升高是造成国内一些产区NNN和总TSNA含量较高的主要原因,随着总TSNA含量的增加,NNN所占比例增大。烟叶降烟碱含量、烟碱转化率与NNN和总TSNA含量呈极显著的正相关关系。NNK、NAT、NAB含量与硝酸盐含量呈显著正相关,同一产区不同烟叶样品NNK含量与硝酸盐含量呈极显著的正相关。品种间比较可知,鄂烟1号和鄂烟3号烟碱转化率较高,是导致其TS-NA含量升高的主要原因。 Thirty-three air-cured burley tobacco samples produced in 4 main producing areas of China as well as USA and Malawi were collected and contents of tobacco specific nitrosamine, alkaloids, nitrate and nitrite were analyzed to investigate relationship between TSNAs and their precursors. Results showed that TSNAs contents in tobacco from Dazhou and Binchuan were at low levels compared to foreign samples. Contents of NNN and total TSNAs varied greatly among samples from different areas, while differences in NNK, NAT and NAB contents were relatively small. Conver sion of nicotine leading to increase of nomicotine was the main cause for abnormal increase of NNN and total TSNAs in tobaccos from certain areas, and with the increase of total TSNAs, the proportion of NNN increased proportionally. Thecontents of total TSNAs and NNN had significantly positive correlations with percent nicotine conversion and nornicotine content. Contents of NNK, NAT and NAB correlated significantly with nitrate contents, especially among samples within same producing area, the correlation coefficient between NNK content and nitrate was much elevated. Nicotine conver sion and nitrate contents were two main factors contributing to the increase and accumulation of TSNAs. Comparison a mong different varieties revealed that Eyanl, Eyan3 had higher nicotine conversion levels and was the main cause for their higher TSNAs contents. The purification and improvement of current eultivars for low nicotine conversion was an es sential means to reduce TSNAs formation. Lowering of nitrate accumulation to minimize the substrate of nitrate reduction was another important approach for TSNAs reduction.
