摘要
分别对移栽成活的烟株进行细菌灌根处理 ,烟株砍收时进行细菌喷洒烟叶处理 ,并以砍收时进行清水喷洒烟叶为对照的田间小区试验 ,晾制期间对烟叶样品进行 4种烟草特有亚硝胺测定 ,检测整个晾制期间烟叶中TSNA含量的动态变化。结果表明 ,晾制前期 (晾制 2 0 d以前 ) ,烟叶中 TSNA含量比较低且变化幅度较小 ,灌根处理的 TSNA含量稍高 ;晾制中期 (2 0~ 30 d)期间 ,烟叶中TSNA含量都较高 ,灌根处理烟叶的 TSNA含量最高 ;晾制末期 ,灌根和喷洒处理烟叶中 TSNA含量明显降低 ,其中灌根处理比同一时期对照烟叶中 TSNA含量降低了 5 0 .98% ,喷洒处理比同一时期对照烟叶中 TSNA含量降低了 81.32 %。
Bacteria were poured the root after transplanting and sprayed leaf of burley tobacco plant separately, and sprayed leaf by water as the control. In the curing process the leaf samples were measured 4 forms of TSNA. The results of bacteria experiments showed that the content of TSNA was low, varied a little in the early curing process. But the amount of TSNA were high throughout the middle of curing process, especially pouring root with bacteria kept TSNA highest. However, in the end of the curing process, both pouring root and spraying leaf resulted the amount of TSNA of burley leaf decreased greatly, the TSNA content of treated burley tobacco was decreased 50.98% and 81.32% by pouring root and spraying leaf respectively compared to the control of the same period.
