摘要
通过动物实验对γ -谷维醇的降血脂功能进行研究。实验表明 ,γ -谷维醇可以明显降低高脂血症家兔血清中胆固醇 (6 9.2 % ,P <0 .0 1 )和甘油三酯含量 (70 .3% ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,使血清低密脂蛋白和高密脂蛋白的比率趋于合理。高脂饲料饲养时 ,与对照组相比 ,饲料添加 1 %γ -谷维醇组可以明显减少家兔对食物中胆固醇 (2 9.5 % ,P<0 .0 5 )的吸收 ,降低血清甘油三酯含量 (70 .0 % ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,减缓家兔高脂血症的形成。而且降血脂的效果与γ -谷维醇剂量具有相关性。所以说γ -谷维醇是米糠、米糠油中的降血脂活性因子 。
The hypolipidemic action of γ-oryzanol was studied by animal test. The γ-oryzanol treatment resulted in a significant lowering cholesterol(69.2%) and triglyceride(70.3%) in plasma of hypercholesterolemic rabbits. In addition, the γ-oryzanol-treated rabbits also exhibited 29.5% reduction in percent cholesterol absorption vs. control animals, and slowed down the formation of hyperlipidemia. And the dosage of γ-oryzanol can be responsible for the hypolipidemic effect. From this study, it is concluded that γ-oryzanol is at least the main function factor for the cholesterol-lowering action in rice bran and rice bran oil.
