摘要
量化精神损害赔偿标准是我国法治进程发展的必然结果,也是我国民法实践的推进结果。根据国家侵权行为中侵犯客体的不同,将其分类,并为各类侵权行为给公民造成精神损害确定了不同的赔偿标准。
To quantifying the compensation standards of moral damage is the inevitable result of the development of China＇ s rule of law process and also the results of promoting the practice of our civil law. According to the different objects of violations in the national tort, we can make a classification and determine different compensation standards for the citizens＇ moral damage caused by all kinds of infringement.
