大功率太赫兹电真空器件的研究现状与应用 被引量:2

摘要 太赫兹科学技术是当前迅速发展的新兴领域,由于其具有许多独特的特性,在军事上具有重要应用前景。但目前仅有真空电子学的方法可以产生满足军事应用需求的高功率太赫兹辐射,因此大功率太赫兹电真空器件是研究热点之一。综述了大功率太赫兹电真空器件的研究现状,涉及太赫兹行波管、返波管、绕射辐射器件、扩展互作用器件、回旋管等,并分析了其应用情况及前景。 Terahertz(THz) science and technology is an active novel research area. Due to many special characteristics of terahertz wave, it has wide potential applications. However, till now, only electronic vacuum devices can generate high power terahertz radiation to satisfy the military applications. Thus, high power terahertz electronic vacuum device is one of hot topics in THz research. This paper reviews the research status of high power THz electronic vacuum devices, including THz TWT, BWO, Smith-Purcell devices, EIO and EIA, gyrotron, etc, and analyses their application prospects.
