摘要
本文分析了行波管应用需求,在此基础上,综述了行波管产品和技术的现状和特点,通过与固态器件的比较,预测了行波管技术与产品的发展方向,提出了对策和发展建议。
This paper summarized the present situation and characteristic of TWT products on the basis of application requirement analyzing.By comparing with solid state device.the development trend of TWT technology and its products is forecast,and the countermeasure and development suggestion is proposed.
