小区域阻滞麻醉在皮肤填充剂注射中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨小区域阻滞麻醉在皮肤填充剂鼻唇沟注射中的临床应用。方法 82例为改善鼻唇沟外观而接受皮肤填充剂注射的患者被随机分为2组,实验组进行小区域阻滞麻醉,对照组给予复方利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉,其后分别接受皮肤填充剂爱贝芙或瑞蓝Ⅱ号的注射,采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对患者术中疼痛情况进行评分,记录结果并用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。结果小区域阻滞麻醉组共43例,接受爱贝芙注射29例,瑞蓝Ⅱ号14例,其VAS评分分别为(1.44±0.37)cm和(1.38±0.42)cm。EMLA乳膏表面麻醉组共39例,其中接受爱贝芙注射25例,瑞蓝Ⅱ号14例,其VAS评分分别为(2.99±1.04)cm和(3.76±1.29)cm,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论小区域阻滞麻醉,可有效减轻鼻唇沟皮肤填充剂注射时的疼痛,且不会对注射时视觉判断产生影响。
