摘要
目的观察爱贝芙药物注射对面部不同部位除皱的近期效果。方法收集2004年1月至2010年12月我院整形美容科收治行面部除皱患者629例,男性45例,女性584例,平均年龄43.5(28～64)岁。应用爱贝芙进行面部除皱的患者,根据药物注射部位分为:鼻唇沟皱纹305例、眉间川字皱纹182例、颈部横纹37例、额部抬头纹54例、眼角鱼尾纹32例、鼻梁横纹19例分组观察。在注射当日,注射后1、3、6、12个月分别比较不同组别之间除皱的效果,综合分析爱贝芙注射除皱的近期效果。结果注射爱贝芙除皱当日,各种面颈部皮肤皱纹均可以消失,或明显消失;注射后1个月,仍然维持在术后当日的效果;注射后3～6个月理想的效果逐渐减弱;12个月效果明显超过注射当日。鼻唇沟皱纹、眉间川字纹、鼻梁横纹、颈部横纹去除的近期效果好于额部抬头纹和眼角鱼尾纹。结论应用爱贝芙进行注射去除面颈部横纹是一项新兴的技术,经过几年我科广泛运用,术后患者满意度高,是目前值得推广的注射除皱方法之一。
Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of Artecoll on removing faciocervical wrinkles.Methods A total of 629 patients who received Artecoll injection to remove wrinkles in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery of Southwest Hospital from January 2004 to December 2010 were enrolled.The patients included 45 males and 584 females with an average age of 43.5（28-64） years old.According to different faciocervical injection sites,the 629 patients were divided into six groups including nasolabial fold（305）,glabellum（182）,neck（37）,frontal part（54）,canthus（32） and bridge of nose（19）.The short-term efficacy of Artecoll was analyzed at the injection day and 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year after injection.Results All faciocervical wrinkles were removed or significantly removed at the injection day.The effect maintained after 1 month,and gradually diminished after 3 to 6 months.The wrinkle removing effect after 12 months was still significant as compared with that before Artecoll injection.The short-term effects of wrinkle removal on nasolabial fold,glabellum,bridge of nose and neck were better than those on frontal part and canthus.Conclusion Artecoll injection for removing faciocervical wrinkles is a newly developed technique and has a high patient satisfaction degree according to our experiences.It is one of the optimal therapies for wrinkle removal.
