摘要
城市防震避难空间体系规划作为防震减灾规划的主要内容,在地震灾害日益严峻的形式下显得更加重要。本文分析了加强城市防震避难空间体系规划的必要性、现实意义以及存在的一些问题,并以四川省攀枝花市为例,从城市规划的角度对城市防震避难空间体系的构建提出了若干建议。
The plan of the urban earthquake refuge space system is the most important content of the planning of earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction. As earthquake disasters become more and more serious, planning is more and more meaningful. This paper makes a preliminary analysis on the meaning of strengthening the earthquake refuge space system planning, the research status and the existing problems of planning,and puts forward some suggestions for the refuge space system of Panzhihua City.
