摘要
本文从本科旅游管理专业校外实习基地建设的重要性入手,结合目前校外实习基地建设实践中存在的问题,提出加强对校外实习基地的建设和管理、注重学生职业素养教育、与校外实习基地共同制定实习生管理方案等三点建议。
This article starts from the importance of construction of off-campus practice bases of tourism management specialty of undergraduate,and combining the existing problems in practice,makes three suggestions： strengthening construction and management of off-campus practice bases,paying attention to the students＇ vocational quality education,and cooperating with the off-campus practice base to establish the trainee management programme.
