血清蛋白质组学的研究在揭示疾病的发生发展的机制、预测机体对疾病的易感性,以及筛选疾病的早期诊断标志物等方面发挥着重要作用。本文介绍了血清蛋白质组学的主要技术的优缺点,其在放射医学领域的应用现状,分析了存在的问题,讨论了其发展方向。
Serum Proteomics plays an important role in revealing mechanisms of disease, predicating sensitivity and screening early biomarkers. This paper presents the methods of the research and its application and future directions in radiation medicine.
