摘要
高职订单式人才培养模式是近年来高职教育研究中的热点,目前较多论文探讨了订单式人才培养模式的实施策略、绩效评价体系、支持条件等方面,针对订单式人才培养模式的社会适应性和前瞻性方面较少。本文从高职"订单式"人才培养模式的社会适应性与职业前瞻性定义的界定入手,深入探讨二者的关系,提出"订单式"人才培养模式的优化方案。
Order type talent training mode of higher vocational education is a hot topic in recent higher vocational education research, but the researches on the social adaptability and occupation prospective are less than other related researches. Starting from its definition, this paper further explores the relationship between the two, and proposes the optimized plan for order type talent traininz mode.
