摘要
医院文化建设牵一发而动全身,作者就本院开展文化建设进行系统归纳和总结,并引伸出医院文化建设的导向功能、凝聚功能、激励功能、约束功能、辐射功能等五个共性功能,实现对医院文化建设的深层次探索。
The hospital culture construction is very important for us such as a proverb ＂A slight move in one part may affect the whole situation＂.The author summarized the situation of developing the culture construction,and put forward five kinds of common functions,including orientation function,condensed function,incentive function,binding function and radiation function.All these were beneficial to explore the high-level hospital culture construction.
