进入21世纪,中国的医疗卫生事业既孕育着重大机遇,也面临严峻的挑战。在这巨大革之中,必须用科学发展观统领医院建设的全局,在医疗实践中抓质量建设,在教学训练中抓创新人才培养,在科研管理中抓拳头产品,在学科建设中抓特色品牌,促进医院全面、协调、持续发展。
Entering the 21st century, the sanitation enterprise has been confronted with huge opportunity as well as austere challenge. Facing the great revolution, we must lead the overall construction of our hospital with scientific developing view, pay attention to the quality construction in medical practice, talented person training, the fist productions in scientific management, and special brand construction to advance the development of our hospital roundly.
