摘要
目的探讨对脑卒中患者进行早期康复治疗的方法及其对患者功能恢复的影响。方法选取90例脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。两组均接受常规康复治疗方法,观察组同时接受中西医结合引导式教育训练。分别于治疗前、治疗后4周各进行一次评估,采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)、改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)、功能独立性量表(FIM)。结果治疗后两组FMA、MBI、FIM评分均有改善(P<0.05);两组间对比,观察组在MBI指数及功能独立性方面评分提高的更明显(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合引导式教育训练在脑卒中患者早期康复中介入,可有效提高脑卒中患者运动功能、日常生活能力、功能独立性。
Objective To discuss the early rehabilitation therapy methods for patients with stroke and their influences on the functional recovery of patients.Methods 90 patients with stroke were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 in each group.Both groups were given routine rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group at the same time were given combined traditional Chinese and western medicine conductive education training.Evaluations were conducted respectively 4 weeks before and after treatment by simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA）,modified barthel index（MBI）,functional independence measurement（FIM）.Results FMA,MBI and FIM scores increased significantly（P〈0.05） in both groups after treatment.MBI Index and functional independence aspects improved more in observation group than those of control group between group comparisons（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The intervention of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine conductive education training in the early rehabilitation for patients with stroke can effectively improve the motor function,daily living skills,and functional independence of the patients.
