摘要
本文研究了在采用常规冶金工艺制备的Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Si-Nd合金中,加钕对蠕变性能的影响。试验表明,添加钕(0.1~2.0wt%)可以提高蠕变抗力。进一步的光学显微组织观察和TEM分析表明,蠕变机制包括位错蠕变和晶界滑动蠕变,钕对蠕变性能的改善主要原因于位错网亚晶界对位错的阻碍作用。
The influence of neodymium on the creep property of Ti-Al-S_n-M_o—S_i—N_d alloy which was produced by conventional metallurgical process has been studied in this paper. The experimental results showed that the addition of neodymium (O.1-2.Owt%)can improve the creep resistance.The further odservation of optical micrographs and analysis of TEM showed that the creep mechanism was the superposition of dislocation creep and grain-boundary-sliding creep. The improvement of neodymium on the creep property is ascribed mainly to the impediment of dislocation-net-subgrain-boundary to the motion of dislocation.
