摘要
本文研究了钕的添加对Ti-34.1%(质量分数)Al合金的铸态组织和力学性能的影响。研究发现,少量钕的添加能使这种Ti-Al合金的铸态组织由原来的粗大的柱状晶形态转变为树枝状晶形态;随着钕量的增加,树枝晶尺寸变小,枝晶截面变细,二次轴间距变短;随着钕量的增加,抗弯强度和挠度减小,这归因于非平衡结晶过程中形成的TiAl_3量增加。引起TiAl+Nd合金脆性增加的主要原因是非平衡结晶过程中枝晶间形成的TiAl_3相。
The effect of adding Nd on the casting structure and me-chanical properties of Ti-34.1%Al alloy has been investigated. It hasbeen found that adding a little Nd can make the alloy form dendriticalstructure in casting instead of coarse columnar grain; As the addition of Ndincreases, the size of dendritical grains and their section areas decrease,and the secondary grain axes get closer. As the addition of Nd increases, thetransverse rupture strength and deflection of alloy samples decreases, whichcan be due to the formation of TiAl_3, in non-equilibrium freezing.
