摘要
本文在分析内蒙古阴山北麓地区生态环境恶化现状及其形成原因的基础上 ,提出了以建立健全机制为主的实现可持续发展对策。
On the base of the analysis of ecological environment deterioration and its causes, the paper puts forward the sustainable countermeasures which mainly depends on the perfection of the system.
