摘要
选用适当的催化剂体系生产具有高等规指数的聚丙烯(PP),再添加具有独立知识产权的纳米粉末橡胶复合成核剂,制备了高结晶PP(HCPP)产品,研究了HCPP的结构与性能。HCPP产品的刚性、弯曲强度、弯曲模量及负荷变形温度都较普通PP有大幅度提高。在对产品的结晶过程研究中发现,纳米粉末橡胶复合成核剂成核效率高,添加纳米粉末橡胶复合成核剂后,在138℃时,半结晶时间缩短为未加成核剂时的1/14。
A high isotactic polypropylene(PP) resin was produced with a proper catalyst system, into which a patented nano-rubber power compound nucleating agent was added for preparing a high crystallinity PP(HCPP) as target product. The structure and properties of the HCPP were studied. The rigidity, flexural strength and modulus, and deflection temperature under load of the HCPP product were improved significantly in comparison with those of conventional PP. In the study on crystallization process of the HCPP, the nano-rubber power compound nucleating agent was found to be of high efficiency in nucleation. The half crystallization time of PP with the nucleating agent shortened to one fourteenth of that of the blank sample at 138 ℃.
