摘要
阐述了高结晶聚丙烯(HCPP)专用料HC9012M的开发和生产过程,并讨论该牌号重要的工艺参数和产品性能。通过2个步骤得到HCPP:首先使用高性能的催化剂体系,得到高结晶的丙烯聚合物;再在PP树脂中加入一定量的成核剂来提高聚合物的结晶速度,改变结晶形态。加工应用表明:HC9012M具有高刚性、高模量、高耐热变形及耐冲击平衡性,是较好的高性能化专用树脂。
The development and production of high-crystallized polypropylene(HCPP) HC9012M was introduced.The most important process parameters and properties of the resin were discussed.Through two steps to gain HCPP,the high performance catalyst system was used to obtain the HCPP firstly;and then the nucleating agent was added into PP resin to improve the crystalline growth velocity and change the crystalline form.The processing application showed that HC9012M was a kind of high-powered special resin with high stiffness,high modulus,high heatresistant deformation and excellent endurance to impact.
