摘要
简评部分民办高校应用型人才培养方式,认为民办高校人才培养的质量是民办高校可持续发展的一个关键问题。高质量的人才来源于有效的人才培养方式,民办高校可以根据自己的特点创造性地提出人才培养方式,广东培正学院物流管理专业的培养方式可以作为一个尝试。
This article discusses applied personnel cultivation modes of several private higher education institutions.It believes that the quality of personnel cultivation at private higher education institutions is the key for its sustainable development.Higher quality personnel are derived from effective personnel cultivation modes.Private higher education institutions can creatively bring forward their own personnel cultivation modes on the basis of their characteristics.The cultivation mode of Logistic Management at Guangdong Peizheng College can make an attempt.
