摘要
本文分析了集成电路设计和制造方面的特点及参数最优化的一般性问题.分析了集成电路设计初级阶段多目标优化的必要性和必然性.从这些特点出发综合了目前在这一领域已有的工作和方法,并就多目标优化的数学方法,集成电路设计和制造的统计性规律以及多目标优化的特殊对策作了较详细的描述.同时,给出了作者在此方面的一些工作.本文的目的是通过分析和讨论,给出集成电路优化设计的特殊性以及目前存在的问题,同时看到这一研究的必要性,以明确其研究目标和方向.
The paper analyses the features of design and manufacture of IC's, as well as common problems of parameter optimization. The necessity and inevitability of aultiobjective optimization are giren at the initial stage of IC's. The present methods and results in this field are summarized, multiobjectire optimization algorithms aad some statistical method of IC's are described in detail, and special strategies and results obtained by the author are also presented. The purpose of this paper is not only to gire the specialization, the complex nature and problems of optimal design of IC's, but also to make clear the necessity and objects in our research work.
