摘要
本文使用单带双谷理论研究了直接/间接能隙量子阱中的能带混和现象.研究了量子阱中的束缚态随合金组分和液体静压力变化的关系.讨论了由第Ⅰ类超晶格向第Ⅱ类超晶格的转变.最后论述了这些状态转换的意义及单带双谷理论的有效性.
In this paper, the band mixing in direct/indirect gap quantum wells is studied using the one-band-two-valley theory. The dependences of the confined energy levels in quantum wells on the alloying component and pressure are given. The transition from the superlattics typs Ⅰto type Ⅱ is also discussed. Finally the significance of the transformation between thess states and the effectiveness of the one-band-two-valley theory are described.
