摘要
目的观察金水宝胶囊治疗男性特发性少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法筛选60例特发性少弱精子症患者，给予金水宝胶囊3粒／次，3次／日，口服治疗以12周为1疗程。结果14例中途退出，46例患者精液量、（a＋b）级精子百分率、精子密度、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、睾酮水平，治疗前分别为（2．1±0．6）ml、（19．6±5．6）％、（10．0±0．4）×10^6／ml、（3．3±0．4）U／L、（4．1±0．6）U／L和（12．0±2．1）nmol／L；治疗后分别为（3．1±2．1）ml、（44．6±5．6）％、（39．3±6．5）×10^6／ml、（7．0±0．5）U／L、（6．6±0．3）U／L和（17．7±1．6）nmol／L。治疗后与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义。结论应用金水宝胶囊治疗特发性少弱精子症安全有效，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jin Shui Bao capsule on male idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia. Methods Subjects were 60 patients with idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia. All patient took Jin Shui Bao capsule, 3 capsules/time, 3 times/d, for 12 weeks. Results Forty-six patients completed the study. We observed improvement after treatment compared with before treatment in sperm volume （3.1 ± 2.1 ml vs. 2.1 ± 0.6 ml）, the percent of grade A and B sperm （44.6 ± 5.6% vs. 19.6 ± 5.6% ） , sperm density （39.3 ± 6.5 × 10^6/ml vs. 10.0 ± 0.4 × 10^6/ml） , and serum concentrations of luteinizing hormone （ 7.0 ± 0.5 U/L vs. 3.3 ± 0.4 U/L） , follicule-stimulating hormone （ 6.6 ± 0.3 U/L vs. 4.1 ± 0.6 U/L） and testosterone （ 12.0 ± 2.1 ） nmol/L vs. （ 17.7 ± 1.6） nmol/L. Conclusion Jin Shui Bao capsule is effective in the treatment of male idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia.
