摘要
目的:了解患者对医护一体化伤口治疗模式效果的评价。方法:采用配额抽样法抽取四川大学华西医院实施医护一体化伤口治疗模式的19个科室共147名患者为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方法,了解患者在舒适度、认可度和满意度三个维度对医护一体化伤口治疗模式的评价。结果:在舒适度维度,94.55%的患者认为治疗中的疼痛感可接受,97.28%的患者表示治疗过程中治疗人员非常关爱或较关爱;在认可度维度,90.48%的患者支持医护一体化伤口治疗模式,94.56%的患者认为治疗时间长短适宜;在满意度维度,治疗后患者的总体满意度达到94.56%。结论:患者对医护一体化伤口治疗模式的舒适度、认可度及满意度评价均较高,该模式值得进一步推广和应用。
Objectives： To understand the patients＇ evaluation of the doctor-nurse integrated wound care mode. Methods： Totally 147 patients from 19 departments which implemented the doctor-nurse integrated wound care mode were recruited by quota sampling. The patients were investigated from three domains, the comfort level, acceptance level, and satisfaction by the questionnaire. Results： In the domain of comfort level, 94.55% patients felt a slight but acceptable pain during the treatment; and 97.28% patients felt a high degree of care from therapy staff during the treatment. In the domain of acceptance level, 90.48% patients supported the doctor-nurse integrated wound care mode; and 94.56% patients satisfied with the treatment time..In the domain of satisfaction, the overall patients＇ satisfaction after treatment was up to 94.56%. Conclusion： The patients＇ response from the three domains to the doctor-nurse integrated wound care mode is good and this mode is worthpopularizing.
