摘要
目的通过对病理性骨折几种不同情况在ICD-10中分类编码的分析,帮助编码人员掌握病理性骨折的编码技巧,提高编码的准确性。方法对某医院2011年分类到外伤性骨折的1114份病例做了回顾性分析,了解病理性骨折错误分类情况。结果应分类到病理性骨折的60份病例中,按照肿瘤引起的病理性骨折、骨质疏松引起的病理性骨折和其他骨病等引起的病理性骨折采取不同分类。结论为了提高编码的准确性,编码员要正确分析病案和理解编码原则,保证信息数据的真实可靠。
Objective analyze the different cases of pathological fracture in ICD-1 0, help medical coder to master the skill and increase the accuracy. Method analyze 1114 cases which have coded into traumatic fracture in 2011 through retrospective analysis,in order to know the mis-classification situa- tion of pathological fracture. Result in the 60 cases should be classified to pathological fracture,there should be different classifications according to the cause of fracture. Conclusion in order to increase the accuracy of disease classification, coders should analyze the record and understand the principle cor- rectly.
