摘要
利用ICD-9-CM-3从该手术操作的术式和路径及所用材料,对阴道脱垂患者采用改良ProIift盆底重建术,给予手术操作的准确编码。编码人员必须掌握医学术语和充分理解ICD-9-CM-3的特点、编码原则、术语和惯例等知识,必须认真阅读病案,了解各类手术的基本情况,使之能更好地为临床服务。
Objective To code the improved prolift reconstructive pelvic surgery by ICD-9-CM-3.Methods Coding the improved prolift reconstructive pelvic surgery with surgical operation mode path and materials by ICD-9-CM-3.Results and Conclusion Coders should grasp medical term and understand knowledge about characteristic,coding principle,term and convention of ICD-9-CM-3,read medical records carefully,understand basic information of surgery.So that it can provide better service for the clinical medicine.
