摘要
目的 :观察实验性大鼠骨质疏松症对颞下颌关节 (temporomandibularjiont,TMJ)骨组织形态计量学的影响。方法 :2 0只 2 0周龄SD大鼠分为 2组 ,每组 10只。用去势方法诱导大鼠骨质疏松症作为实验组 ;假手术组作为对照组。应用骨组织形态计量方法观察大鼠髁突软骨下骨结构变化。结果 :实验组大鼠髁突软骨下骨小梁相对体积减小 ,平均宽度变薄 ,而骨小梁吸收表面百分比与类骨质表面百分比比对照组均增加。结论 :实验性骨质疏松症大鼠髁突软骨下骨存在骨重建负平衡与高骨转换现象。这种变化可导致TMJ重建的改变 ,可能是引起TMJ退行性变化的原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of experimental osteoporosis on the rat temporomandibular joint(TMJ) by using bone histomorphometric method. Methods: Twenty SD rats of twenty weeks old were assigned to 2 groups of 10 each. One group underwent bilateral ovariectomies to induce osteoporosis serving as experimental group. Condylar subchondral bone of the TMJs of rats was studied by using bone histomorphometric method. Results: In the experimental group, both TBV% (the fraction of trabecular bone volume) and MTT (mean trabecular thickness) of the condylar subchondral bone were significantly decreased, whereas the RS% (the fraction of resorptive surface) and OS% (the fraction of osteoid surface) significantly increased. Conclusion: The results showed the increase of bone turnover and negative imbalance of bone remodeling in condylar subchordral bone. These alterations may induce TMJ remodeling and predispose to degenerative changes in the TMJ. (J Beijing Med Univ, 2000,32:149 151)
