摘要
目的减轻患儿因反复穿刺带来的痛苦,保护患儿血管,减轻护士工作量和工作压力,提高工作效率。方法评估患儿的合作程度、病情及血管情况,若患儿静脉滴注时间大于3 d可考虑使用留置针。应说明静脉留置针应用的目的、优点及回家后的护理注意事项,取得患儿家长的同意后方可应用静脉留置针。结果静脉留置针在门诊静脉滴注室的应用解决了护士穿刺难的问题,提高了工作效率,减轻了患儿的痛苦和家长的心理压力,为静脉用药提供了方便。结论在儿科门诊中使用静脉留置针,可提高一次穿刺成功率,保护患儿血管,有利于提高护理工作效率和质量。
【Objective】 To alleviate the children′s sufferings caused by repeated puncture for protecting children′s vessel,reducing the workload and pressure of medical staff,and improving the working efficiency.Methods The evaluation of children′s cooperation degree,condition and vessels were performed.If the time of intravenous drip exceeded 3 d,indwelling needle could be considered.After explaining the application aims,advantages and nursing matters needing attention at home and obtaining the agree of children′s parents,indwelling needle could be applied.Results The application of indwelling needle in clinic solved the problem of difficult to puncture,improved the working efficiency,alleviated the children′s pain and parents′psychological pressure and provided convenience for medications.Conclusion The application of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric clinic can increase the successful rate of one-time puncture,protect children′s vessel and benefit to increase the working efficiency and quality.
