摘要
目的分析改进输液粘贴方法对小儿头皮静脉穿刺的固定效果。方法选择我院2016年12月6日~2017年4月6日收治的122例输液患儿,分为常规组与实验组,其中常规组采取传统的输液贴粘贴法,并对输液部位不给予保护;实验组采取头部固定方法,改进输液贴粘贴方法。对比两组患儿的头皮穿刺失败发生率与头皮静脉穿刺的疼痛程度。结果实验组与常规组头皮穿刺失败发生率分别为1.64%与8.20%,P<0.05;实验组患儿FLACC量表评分与Wong-Baker量表评分分别为(1.18±0.21)分与(2.16±0.28)分,常规组分别为(4.48±0.39)分与(4.06±0.56)分,说明实验组患儿的疼痛评分明显低于常规组,P<0.05。结论对小儿头皮进行静脉穿刺输液护理时给予妥善固定,并采取改进输液贴粘贴方法,加强保护输液部位,有利于提高静脉穿刺成功率,降低患儿疼痛感,促进输液工作顺利完成。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the treatment strategies for the treatment of intravenous infusion in children scalp. Methods Select our hospital on December 6, 2016-April 6, 2017 of 122 cases of transfusion patients, divided into normal group and experimental group two groups, including the conventional group adopt traditional infusion paste paste method, and the infusion site is not protected, to head is fixed on the experimental method, the improvement infusion paste paste method, compared two groups of children with scalp puncture failure rates and the pain degree of scalp vein puncture. Results The incidence rate of scalp punc-ture failure was 1.64% and 8.20%, P〈0.05. Experimental group of children FLACC scale score and Wong-Baker scale score, respectively （1.18-0.21） and （2.16＋/-0.28） points, conventional group, respectively （4.48-0.39） and （4.06-0.56）, shows that the experimental group with pain score significantly lower than normal group, P〈0.05）. Conclusion On infantile scalp vein puncture transfusion nursing to give appropriate is fixed, and take the im-provement infusion paste paste method, strengthen the protection of infusion site, is beneficial to improve the success rate of vein puncture, reduce pain children, promote infusion work finished smoothly.
