摘要
目的 :探讨血浆冷沉淀制剂对促进复发性口腔溃疡创面愈合的可能作用。方法 :85例患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组用洗必泰药膜加血浆冷沉淀制剂治疗 ,对照组则单独使用洗必泰药膜 ,比较分析两组溃疡愈合时限的长短。结果 :实验组溃疡愈合时限比对照组平均缩短 3.1天 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :血浆冷沉淀制剂具有明显的促进复发性口腔溃疡创面愈合的作用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of preparation of cryoprotein from plasma on recurrent aphthous ulcer.Method:85 patients with minor recurrent alphthous ulcer were divided into two groups.The preparation and chlorhexidium were smeared on the lesion of alphthous ulcer alternately in the experimental group while chlorhexidium was used alone in the control.Result:Average healing time of aphthous ulcer in experimental group was 3.1 days shorter than that in the control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion:The preparation of cryoprotein from plasma is effective in accelerating the healing of recurrent aphthous ulcer.
