摘要
目的 探讨微电极电刺激 (微刺激 )技术在帕金森病苍白球毁损术的定位作用。方法 采用微电极进行术中电刺激 ,记录不同部位微刺激引起视束及内囊反应的数值。结果 微电极电刺激在靶点区的电刺激电流值在 10 0 0Hz,脉宽 0 2ms视束可达 1~ 10mA ,内囊反应则为 15mA以上。结论 微电极电刺激能精确探及内囊和视束的位置 ,可以有效避免内囊及视束损伤 ,阻止偏瘫和视野缺损的发生。
Objective To probe the role of microelectrode stimulation in pallidotomy.Methods Electric current value of optic tract and internal capsule response to microelectrode stimulation were recorded during the operations.Results In the target territory, current value of stimulation at 1000Hz,0 2ms impulse is 1~10mA for optic tract and more than 15mA for internal capsule.Conclusions Microelectrode stimulation can precisely localize the optic tract and internal capsule in pallidotomies to avoid injury of this two structures.
