摘要
目的 简化腹腔穿刺方法 ,提高卵巢癌腹腔化疗的效果 .方法 将静脉套管针距脐缘 0 .5 cm处刺入腹腔 ,拔出针芯 ,接通输液管并灌注化疗药 .结果 经 2 71次穿次 ,所有穿刺均 1次成功 ,未发生任何并发症 ;其临床缓解率为87.8% ,明显高于常规腹腔化疗方法 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 在卵巢癌腹腔化疗中 ,采用静脉套管针近脐缘单次穿刺的方法 ,简便 ,安全 ,注液速度快 ,药液弥散广 。
AIM To simplify the method for intraperitoneal injection and to improve the curative effect of intraperitoneal chemotherapy. METHODS The catheter needle was first inserted into the abdominal cavity 0.5 centimeters away from the umbilical edge. Then the metal needle was pulled out, the infusion duct was put through the catheter and the chemotherapy drug was infused into the abdominal cavity. RESULTS All the 271 injections were successfully conducted the first time they were done, with no complications whatever. The clinical remission rate was 87.81%, which was significantly higher than that of traditional intraperitoneal chemotherapy ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Single injec tion by catheter needle inserted near the umbilical edge is effective, convenient, safe and economical in the intraperitoneal chemotherapy of ovarian cancer.
