摘要 目的 研究 1 5m W半导体激光照射对大鼠损伤坐骨神经后脊髓中神经生长相关蛋白 (growth associated pro-tein,GAP-4 3 )表达的影响 .方法  96只雄性 SD大鼠制成坐骨神经损伤模型 ,1 5m W半导体激光照射神经损伤部位 ,免疫组化方法观察脊髓内 GAP-4 3表达的变化 .结果  1 wk内激光照射组和对照组无明显差异 .第 2周和第 4周时激光照射组脊髓内 GAP-4 3表达明显高于对照组 .第 8周时激光照射组较对照组脊髓内 GAP-4 3表达稍低 .结论  1 5m W半导体激光照射可引起损伤神经后大鼠脊髓中 GAP-4 3表达的变化 ,有促进完成神经再生的作用 . AIM To study the effect of growth associated protein 43 (GAP 43) expression in spinal cord after irradiation on injured rat sciatic nerve by diode laser with a power output of 15 mW. METHODS Injured sciatic nerves were made in 96 male adult SD rats. Injured nerve was irradiated by diode laser. The changes of GAP 43 in spinal cord wereimmunohistochemically studied. RESULTS There was not any different between the laser irradiation group and the control group within one week. More expression of GAP 43 at the second and the fourth week and less at the eighth week were observed in laser irradiation group. CONCLUSION The expression of GAP 43 in spinal cord can be changed by diode laser irradiation in injured sciatic nerve. Diode laser irradiation can promote nerve regeneration.
