2205双相不锈钢匹配焊条脱渣性微观机理研究

摘要 通过均匀设计法安排实验,为2205双相不锈钢设计24组焊条药皮配方,并制成焊条实际施焊,测试各焊条试样的脱渣性。从24种焊条中选择脱渣性能典型的焊条进行对比,分析不同焊条药皮配方下熔渣的微观结构、化学成分对焊条脱渣性能的影响。结果表明:熔渣中Ti含量的增加,会使白色第二相结构呈树枝状或者为方向性较强的棒状结构;当渣中白色球状相数量较少时,焊条的脱渣性能较为优异。 The uniform design method was used to arrange the experiments, and 24 different kinds of 2205DSS electrode coating formulas were designed. The electrodes were produced and slag detachability was tested. The influence of slag microstructure and chemical composition on electrode slag detachability was analyzed. The result shows that high Ti content makes the shape of white second phase structure develop into dendrite and structure rodlike in an evident directionality, when Ti content is high and little white globular phase exists in the electrode, the slag detachability is better.
