Study on Micro-Mechanism of High Temperature Rolling Process

摘要 通过对复合二相粒子进行面扫分析,见图3,结果也同样证明了上述结论,即方形粒子为Ti的化合物,而圆形或椭圆形的粒子主要为含Nb的化合物。 The key of High Temperature Processing is adjusting the composition and content of micro -alloy elements in the material. HTP technology can improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of material and reduce the cost of product, at the same time, the resistance of deformation of material is reduced when rolling which can reduce the load of mill and is propitious to profile control. It is necessary to study on HTP technology from the perspectives of Micro - Mechanism in order to make the technology used widely in the field of rolling project. This paper takes low - C, high - Nb and low - Mo XS0 pipeline steel as research object and analyses microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel, the size, morphology, composition and behavior of the precipitation particle is studied emphatically with TEM. This study proves that microstructure and properties of the high - Nb acicular ferrite steel meet requirements of engineering, and most precipitation particles are irregular compound precipitation which are high heat - staple quadrate TiN with globose Nb ( C, N).
