摘要
目的 :观察抽动 -秽语综合征 ( TS)脑诱发电位电活动变化。 方法 :TS 40例和对照组 32例进行了脑诱发电位检查。 结果 :视觉诱发电位 ( VEP) TS组 T2 、N2 波潜伏期比对照组显著延长 ( P<0 .0 5) ,VEP轻度异常占 30 % ,中度异常占 1 5% ,异常率为 45%。脑干听觉诱发电位 ( BAEP) TS组 - 、 - 波峰间期比对照组显著延长 ( P<0 .0 5) ,BAEP轻度异常占 1 7.5% ,中度异常占 5% ,重度异常占 2 .5% ,异常率为 2 5%。体感诱发电位 ( SEP) TS组轻度异常占 50 % ,中度异常占 2 7.5% ,异常率为 77.5%。结论 :提示抽动 -秽语综合征患儿脑功能受到损害 ,损害部位涉及整个大脑及中枢脑干 ,但体格发育没有受到影响。
Objective: To observe the changes of evoked potential of the brain in Tourettes syndrome(TS).Methods: Fourty patients with TS and 32 normal children were studied in sensory evoked responses. Results: Compared with the normal group, P 2 and N 2 latencies were prolonged significantly(P<0.05) in visually evoked potential(VEP), 18 cases(45%) in total showing abnormal VEP;Ⅰ Ⅲ,Ⅰ Ⅴ waves interpeak latencies were significantly pronlonged(P<0.05) in brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP),with 10 cases(25%) showing abnormal BAEP; N 3 latency was significantly prolonged (P<0.02) in somatosenaory evoked potential(SEP), 31 cases (77.5%) in total showing abnormal SEP. The percentage of P 3,N 2 amplitude reduction and P 3,N 2 absense were the highest in SEP. There were positive correlations between age, height and weight(P<0.01). Conclusion: The brain function was effected, involving the entire brain and brainstem, but the physique develepment was not affected.
