摘要
目的 对人体十二经脉进行循行路线的示踪研究。 方法 用 32 P整体放射自显影技术 ,对 2 2 0例骨病患者 (其中手三阴经、三阳经和足三阳经各 30例 ,足三阴经 130例 )进行循行路线穴位示踪。 结果 阳性 176例 ,阳性率 80 %。其中出现点状放射自显影像者 8例 ,点线状放射自显影像者 1例。 结论 32 P放出的β射线在机体软组织中的有效射程仅 4mm ,整体放射自显影像表明 ,32 P只能在人体皮肤或皮下 2～ 3mm深度中运行 ,提示十二经脉循行路线上的穴位可能在人体皮肤和皮下 2～ 3m m处。
Objective The transmission route of twelve meridian of human was studied with 32 P radioautography.\ Methods\ 220 case patients with bone diseases(Sanyin meridian in hand,30 cases,Sanyang meridian in hand,30 cases,Sanyang meridian in food,30 cases and Sanyin meridian in food,130 cases) were examined. Results 176 cases were positive,positive rate was 80%.\ Point radioautography was in 8 cases and linear radioautography on 1 case. Conclusion This fact that 32 P runs in depth of 2~3 mm under the skin because of its effective range is only 4 mm,suggesting that the transmission route of twelve meridian of human might be in depth of 2~3 mm under the skin.\;
