摘要
探讨了4-氨基安替吡啉测定游离酚的方法中影响测定结果的因素。实验得到:采用CHCl3二次萃取提纯的4-氨基安替吡啉降低了空白吸光度,且使分析结果的相对偏差降低为1.5%;4-氨基安替吡啉(质量分数为2%)、铁氰化钾(质量分数为8%)的加入量均为1.5 mL;加入铁氰化钾后的放置时间确定为10 min;实验用水可以采用去离子水代替。
The factors affecting the measurement results in the determination of free phenol with 4-aminoantipyrine were discussed. The results show that, 4-aminoantipyrine extracting by the CHC13 secondly can decrease the blank absorbance of free phenol and reduce the relative deviation of the analysis to 1.5% , under the following conditions: 1.5 mL of 4-aminoantipyrine (2%), 1.5 mL of potassium ferricyanide (8%) and 10 minutes of storage time for ferricyanide. The experimental water can be used instead of deionized water.
